Everyday Skin Care and Sun Protection
Most people need a gentle cleanser, a moisturiser they will actually use, and a sunscreen applied in a real amount.

A routine that is easy to keep
Cleanse once or twice a day with a product that does not leave the skin tight. Moisturise if the skin feels dry, including acne-prone skin. Dryness is not required for acne treatment to work.
Add a prescription only when a dermatologist has given you one. Layering several acids because each has good reviews is a common cause of irritation and pigment.
Sunscreen in Hyderabad
Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen, SPF 30 or higher, on the face, ears, and neck every morning. Reapply if you are outdoors for long periods. A tinted formula can help melasma because it also addresses visible light.
Umbrella, a hat, and shade still matter around midday. Sunscreen is not a permission to stay in direct sun for hours.
- About two finger-lengths for the face and neck is a practical amount for many adults
- Apply it after moisturiser and before makeup
- Do not store the bottle in a hot car
When simple care is not enough
Painful acne, a spreading rash, changing moles, or hair loss in patches will not be solved by a new cleanser. Book a consultation at Dr. L. Divya Skin Clinic in Miyapur or call the clinic so the right problem is treated.
